Terms of Service

AHRIVA Studio is an independently run jewelry business selling hand-strung crystal and gemstone bracelets, including custom pieces built with our Custom Designer tool.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order, to keep your account password confidential, and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

We do our best to keep prices, descriptions, and stock accurate, but mistakes happen — we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order (including one already confirmed) if something's wrong, in which case we'll refund you in full.

Custom Designer pieces are made to order specifically for you once you check out, and are final sale — see our Shipping & Returns page for the full return policy on ready-made pieces.

All payments are processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.

If you share a design to our Community page, you're giving us permission to display it on the site (with your chosen display name, or anonymously if you leave it blank). You keep ownership of your design — we just get to show it off. We review submissions before they go live and may decline or remove any post at our discretion, including ones that are inappropriate, misleading, or infringe someone else's rights.

The AHRIVA Studio name, logo, site design, photos, and the Custom Designer tool itself are our property (or used under license) and may not be copied or reused without permission. This doesn't apply to your own bracelet designs or the content you submit, which remain yours.

AHRIVA Studio is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased here. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

AHRIVA Studio is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you're shopping from outside Canada, you may also have consumer protection rights under the laws of your own country that this section doesn't take away.

We may update these terms as the business grows. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
