Custom Designer pieces are hand-strung to order once you check out, so they ship within 5–10 business days.

Once your order ships, typical transit time is about 2–6 business days within Canada, 5–10 business days to the US, and 10–20+ business days internationally — it varies by destination and customs processing.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves our studio.

International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged on delivery. Delivery times vary by destination.

Unworn bracelets can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Custom Designer pieces are made to order and final sale.
