Privacy Policy

Account information: if you create an account, we collect your email address, a username, and a password (stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your password in readable form, and neither can anyone else).

Order information: when you check out, you're taken to Shopify's own secure checkout page. Shopify collects your name, shipping address, and payment details directly — AHRIVA Studio's website never receives or stores your card number or other payment details.

Designs and community posts: bracelet designs you save to your account, and any design you choose to share to the Community page (along with a display name, if you provide one), are stored so we can show them back to you or, once approved, publicly on the site.

Newsletter: if you sign up for emails, we store the email address you provide for that purpose only.

Browser storage: we use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to keep you signed in and to temporarily hold designs-in-progress if you're not signed in yet.

As of this writing, AHRIVA Studio does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers (no Google Analytics, no ad pixels). If that changes, we'll update this page.

To create and manage your account, fulfill and ship your orders, respond to support requests, and — only if you've signed up for it — send you emails about new drops or updates. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

We share information only with the services that help us run the store: Shopify (checkout, payment processing, order fulfillment), Supabase (our database and account hosting), and Netlify (site hosting). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.

You can update your username and password any time from your account page. To access, correct, export, or delete your personal information — including closing your account entirely — email support@ahrivastudio.com and we'll take care of it, usually within a few business days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.

AHRIVA Studio is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

If we make a meaningful change to how we handle your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
